COMMON QUESTIONS
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once the work is paid for, the site, its code, and its documentation are yours.
Do you hold my accounts or passwords?
No. Hosting, domain, and software accounts are opened in your name and you pay those vendors directly. If we part ways, you keep everything.
Do you only work with certain CRMs or platforms?
No. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Zendesk and Freshdesk come up most often, and so do Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Asana, Monday, Jira, Mailchimp, Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy and Zapier. Anything in the same families works the same way. Where nothing off the shelf fits how you work, we build the site, the tool, or the connection between them instead. Will I get a surprise bill?
No. You get a written estimate before work starts. If the work is heading past it, you hear from us first and decide.
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted, so the number depends on scope. For reference, most sites launch in 1 to 3 weeks, and ongoing care is billed monthly with no minimum term. Send the form and you will have a written quote within one business day.
My site already exists. Can you take it over?
Yes. We start with a written audit of what is wrong and what to fix first, move the hosting and domain into your name if they are not already, then look after it the same way we would a site we built.
Do you work with businesses outside Winston-Salem?
Yes. Everything is remote, and we're in the Triad if you'd rather meet in person.
