HOW WE WORK
Step 1: Discovery
When a system is undocumented or the problem isn't clear yet, we start with a one-week discovery block. This gives you a written summary of our findings and an estimate for the work ahead.
Step 2: Written scope
We outline the deliverables, acceptance criteria, dependencies, timeline, and an estimate. Anything outside this scope is added in writing before it begins.
Step 3: Build in the open
You get regular written updates. If the work is going to go past the estimate, we tell you first so you can decide how to proceed.
Step 4: Document and hand over
Every deliverable comes with the documentation you need to run it without us. All work is yours.
