Who We HelpNon-Profits

Websites and data for non-profits.

A site that tells the story and takes donations, a donor list you can trust, and reporting your board can read. The written scope comes first, so the cost is known before the grant application goes in.

WHAT WE BUILD

  • Website and online giving

The mission, the programs, and the way to give, on a site your staff keep current.

    • Mission, programs, impact, and news pages, edited from your own admin
    • Online donations through Stripe, paid straight into your account
    • Volunteer and contact forms that land in one inbox, with spam filtered out
    • Events and a newsletter sign-up
  • Donor and volunteer data

One list, with every gift on it once.

    • Donor lists pulled out of spreadsheets and old systems, de-duplicated, and moved into one CRM (Salesforce Nonprofit, HubSpot, Bloomerang, and the like)
    • Giving history and campaigns kept in one place
    • Forms, payments, email platform, and CRM connected, so nobody types a name twice
  • Reporting for boards and funders

Numbers that hold up when a funder asks where they came from.

    • Dashboards for giving, programs, and outcomes (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
    • Every figure reconciled back to its source
  • Support that stays

After launch, the same contact who built it.

    • Updates, backups, edits, and fixes
    • An answer within one business day

COMMON QUESTIONS

Can you work within a grant or a fixed budget?

Yes. Every project is quoted against a written scope, so the cost is known before you commit. If the work heads past the estimate, you hear first and decide.

Do donations go through you?

No. Donations are paid into the organization's own Stripe account. We never hold the funds.

Can staff and volunteers update the site?

Yes. The people you add edit pages and post news from the admin. No developer needed.

Do we own it?

Yes. Hosting, domain, payment, and software accounts are opened in your name and you pay those vendors directly. Once the work is paid for, the site, its code, and its documentation are yours.

SEE IT RUNNING

  • A sports and community non-profit

We built a site with a vision page, a phased master plan, news updates, and a dedicated page for partners and donors. princeprincesssports.org

  • What you hold at the end

Every project comes with the documentation you need to run it yourself. This includes your accounts, routine tasks, and instructions for what to do if something breaks. See a sample runbook (PDF)
