Who We HelpEducation
Websites and data systems for schools.
We work with PreK-12 schools, academies, universities, and vocational schools. We build websites that families and students can actually use, and we connect the student, enrollment, and learning systems behind them.
WHO THIS COVERS
PreK-12
Public, charter, and private schools: family-facing sites, enrollment, and student data.
Academies
Test-prep, tutoring, and certification academies: course pages, sign-ups, booking, and payments.
Universities
Departments, programs, and faculty: program sites, faculty profiles, and admissions data.
Vocational schools
Trade and career schools: program pages, applications, and placement reporting.
WHAT WE BUILD
School and program websites
Kept current by your own staff, not a ticket to a vendor.
- Programs, admissions, calendars, staff directories, and news
- Inquiry, enrollment, and application forms that land in one place
- Written for phones first, with contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader labels checked before launch
- Fees, deposits, and event payments through Stripe, into the school’s own account
Student and enrollment data
Moved and cleaned up, verified record by record.
- Migrations between student information systems (PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Skyward, Blackbaud, and the like)
- Admissions and enrollment pipelines in a CRM (Salesforce Education Cloud, Slate, HubSpot)
- Duplicate and orphaned records found and resolved before cutover
Learning-platform integration
Rosters and grades in one place, not three.
- Rosters and grades synced between the SIS and the LMS (Canvas, Google Classroom, Moodle, Schoology)
- Single sign-on through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Okta
- Scheduled file exchanges (SFTP, CSV) where a system has no API
Reporting
Figures your board, your state, and your accreditor will all accept.
- Enrollment, retention, and outcome dashboards (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
- State and accreditation extracts, reconciled to the source
COMMON QUESTIONS
How is student data handled?
As regulated data. The required terms (FERPA, and COPPA for younger students) are in place before work begins, access is named and revocable by you, and production records stay in your environments.
Can you work to the school calendar?
Yes. The written scope names the date. Most sites launch in 1 to 3 weeks, and migrations are scheduled so cutover lands in a break.
Can teachers and staff update the site?
Yes. The people you add edit pages and post news from the admin. No developer needed.
Can you work with our purchasing process?
Yes. You get a written scope, a statement of work, and invoices your business office can process.
