Who We HelpClubs & Organizations
Websites and member systems for clubs.
Civic and service clubs, alumni associations, Greek chapters, sports leagues, and social groups. Members, events, and payments in one place, run by whoever holds the office this year.
WHAT WE BUILD
Club website
What you do, who leads it, and what is coming up.
- About, leadership, events, galleries, and news, updated by your officers
- Join and contact forms, with spam filtered out
- A newsletter sign-up for members and the public
Members and payments
One roster, and money that lands in the right account.
- Member lists moved out of spreadsheets into one roster or CRM, duplicates resolved
- Dues, tickets, and donations taken online through Stripe, into the organization’s own account
Built to outlast each board
The site should not leave with the last treasurer.
- Accounts in the organization’s name, never a member’s personal email
- Admin access added and removed as officers change
- A short handover guide for each new board
Connected tools
The tools you already use, talking to each other.
- Email platforms, calendars, and group tools connected (Mailchimp, Google Workspace, Slack, and the like)
- Registrations and sign-ups gathered into one list
COMMON QUESTIONS
What happens when our officers change?
Nothing breaks. The accounts belong to the organization, new officers get access the day they start, and the handover guide shows them how to run the site.
Can members pay dues online?
Yes, through Stripe, paid into the organization's own account. We never hold the funds.
Do we own it?
Yes. Hosting, domain, payment, and software accounts are opened in your name and you pay those vendors directly. Once the work is paid for, the site, its code, and its documentation are yours.

What you hold at the end
Every project comes with the documentation you need to run it yourself. This includes your accounts, routine tasks, and instructions for what to do if something breaks. See a sample runbook (PDF)
